FRONT PORCH HISTORIC PRESERVATION
Another special project for JKJang Design, the client is a non-profit that houses homeless veterans. This recently acquired historic property was in need of structural repairs that would preserve its historic character. An elegant series of details provides a very robust structural system that removes existing rot and seamlessly integrates new materials with the structurally sound existing materials.
