Bop is built by JKJang Design ("we," "us," "Bop"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What we collect

When you use Bop, we collect:

• Information you provide during onboarding — your fitness goals, history, preferences, equipment, schedule

• Workout and check-in data you log — what you completed, how it felt, your progress over time

• Health information you choose to share — injuries, conditions, or limitations that affect your training (entirely optional)

• Your phone number, to deliver workouts and check-ins via SMS

• Conversation history with Bop, used to provide coaching and improve your program

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Build and adjust your personal training program

• Deliver your daily workouts and check-ins

• Improve how Bop coaches you over time

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train models beyond improving your own coaching experience.

Health information — how it's protected

Any health information you share is stored separately from your general coaching profile, encrypted under a key designed to be accessible only to you. In normal operation, this information is not visible to anyone administering the system, including us.

Honest limit: because this system runs on infrastructure we administer, this protects your health information against accidental exposure and casual access — not against a determined operator with direct access to the underlying hardware. We are telling you this plainly rather than overstating what the system guarantees. [This entire section will be rewritten once the operator-blind vault architecture ships — see internal note below.]

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as you use Bop. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

This is a private trial

Bop is currently in a closed, invite-only trial. This policy may change as the product evolves toward general availability, and we'll notify trial participants of material changes.
